UAB CENTRUM investments in design and marketing innovations
In order to recover from the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, which were particularly negative for hotels, tourism, and catering establishments, and to increase the company’s turnover and competitiveness, UAB Centrum plans to develop an original service design during the implementation of the project: catering and additional services in hotels innovative design to make these services more efficient and faster. In addition, the company is planning an e-marketing campaign for the innovative design created. By successfully implementing the project and investing in the development of original design solutions and marketing innovations, UAB Centrum will increase the efficiency and attractiveness of its services to consumers and their demand, which will increase the company’s sales and financial performance and help recover from the financial difficulties.
During the implementation of the project, UAB Centrum plans to create an original service design: an updated provision scheme for catering and hotel services based on the QR code. The estimated duration of the project is 12 months. During the implementation of the project activities, design development services and marketing innovation development and implementation services will be procured. The goal is to attract more customers and increase the attractiveness of the company’s services to customers. The project is implemented in accordance with Measure 13.1.1-LVPA-K-861 “Kūrybiniai čekiai COVID-19”.
